The dinner will take place in our main dining room, with exclusive hire for the night -a space that blends warmth, style, and a touch of New Farm magic. Expect an intimate, ambient setting with long tables, low lighting, curated tunes, and that unmistakable G&G energy.

Whether you’re a white Burgundy devotee or just looking for a unique, elevated night out this is your chance to drink rare wines, eat beautiful food, and connect with like-minded people who appreciate both.

The Wines

We’re opening the evening with a Magnum of Larmandier-Bernier Latitude Blanc de Blancs NV. A luminous grower Champagne crafted entirely from Chardonnay. Generous and finely textured, this biodynamic cuvée shows ripe citrus, golden apple, and subtle toast, all wrapped in a creamy, mineral-laced finish. A lively and elegant welcome pour.

Round one leads us to Moreau-Naudet Petite Chablis with its signature clarity, razor-sharp freshness - lemon zest, crushed seashells, and green apple. Followed by Moreau Naudet Vielles Vignes Chablis, which adds weight and complexity: think citrus blossom, pear skin, and that telltale flinty tension. A perfect introduction to the domaine’s house style.

Next we step into Premier Cru territory with a Magnum of 2022 Moreau Naudet Montée de Tonnerre - one of Chablis’ most revered sites. This wine is all finesse and structure, layered with stone fruit, saline lift, and a whisper of smoke. Elegant and poised, with a long, chalky finish.

Then the pinnacle of the night: A Magnum of 2022 Moreau Naudet Grand Cru Valmur, a wine of precision and quiet power. Richer in texture, with notes of lemon curd, hazelnut, and oyster shell, this is Grand Cru Chablis at full tilt -  coiled, age-worthy, and deeply expressive.

To close the evening we go back to where we started Champagne, with a left-of-centre gem: Mouzon Leroux ‘L’Exaltant’ Ratafia de Saignée. Made from Pinot Noir and aged in oak, this rare fortified wine is plush and spiced, with fig, cherry liqueur, and a whisper of cocoa. Unexpected, indulgent, and the perfect way to finish.
